APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE TO THE ETHOS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ethos is delighted to announce that Kelly Moylan has been appointed to the Ethos Board of Directors as a non-executive director, effective 1 March 2011.
Kelly has a longstanding relationship with Ethos as a member of Ethos’ Funds advisory boards on behalf of several US Limited Partners.
Furthermore:
- Kelly has been involved with private equity for over 20 years, in the US, Europe and internationally;
- Kelly has been involved with South African GPs since the mid-90s, and has developed strong knowledge of this market; and
- Kelly continues to advise private equity players in the US, Europe and globally in her capacity as a partner at Talamore Group, an advisory firm to General Partners.
As such, Kelly has tremendous knowledge of the global private equity industry and we believe that Kelly will add considerable value to Ethos.

Kelly Moylan - Non-Executive Director
Kelly Moylan is a partner and co-founder of Talamore Group LLC, which has worked with a wide variety of U.S., European, and emerging market private equity firms in the areas of investor relations/ marketing and organizational strategy since being established in 2004.
Ms. Moylan was one of two co-founders of Hamilton Lane, one of the most respected private equity advisory firms, which currently oversees more than $100 billion of investments. She had many roles at Hamilton Lane between 1991-2003, including oversight of the investment monitoring and client reporting function, management of the European due diligence team, and responsibility for strategic joint ventures in Scotland and France. She also had extensive advisory board responsibilities with private equity funds located in the U.S., Europe, and South Africa.
Prior to Hamilton Lane, Ms. Moylan managed her own consulting firm, providing services to middle-market and emerging companies. She was also the Chief Financial Officer of Aloette Cosmetics, Inc., a publicly traded (NASDAQ) company, and the Tax and International Manager at Avant-Garde Computing, Inc.
She began her career as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Philadelphia. Ms. Moylan received an M.B.A. in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an A.B. from Stanford University, with a concentration in foreign languages. She is fluent in French and Italian and has also studied Spanish and German.
In 2011, Ms. Moylan was appointed to the board of directors of Ethos Private Equity Limited in South Africa. She has been associated with that firm since 1996, initially as an advisory board representative of prominent North American investors and subsequently as a strategic advisor.
In 2002, she established the African Service Fellowship at the Haas Center for Public Service at Stanford University, which provides funding to Stanford students wishing to perform community service projects in Africa. In 2005, Ms. Moylan received the Stanford Associates Governors’ Award for her volunteer service to the university.
Ms. Moylan was previously on the board of directors of AFS-USA (the American Field Service), the international student exchange program under whose auspices she spent a high school year in France. She has also been involved with a number of other not-for-profit entities.
