Horisane joined Ethos as an Analyst on the value add team in March 2015.
Horisane has been involved in projects for Autozone, Neopak, Eazi Access and RTT on the topics of strategy development and execution, establishing a strategic project management function, sales force transformation and B-BBEE. Currently, Horisane is on the board of Autozone guiding strategy development and implementation.
Prior to joining Ethos, Horisane worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Horisane holds a Bachelors of Electronic Engineering from the University of Pretoria. He recently completed his MBA at INSEAD and returned to Ethos in 2018 as an Associate.
